4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. phmova accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya/Maya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
4.2 Prohibited Funding Sources. Deposits using credit cards for gambling purposes are not accepted, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations. Cryptocurrency of any kind is not accepted as a deposit or withdrawal method on the phmova Platform.

4.6 Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposits or to verified accounts in your name. phmova does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
5.1 phmova may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. 10.2 phmova's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phmova account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 phmova does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. phmova will use reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access.
